Pollard Scott & Co

We recently used this company and they were excellent and very quick to respond to any queries we had with our new mortgage - so good that we picked the keys up within 7 weeks of first view! Thanks so much, especially to Alice.

Alice has been awesome, helping me through the processes of buying a new house after 18 years. No question has been too daft and she has really been a great support with the mortgage and insurance issues. I would recommend Pollard Scott for their attention to detail and professionalism - thank you!

Alice helped us remortgage last month, she gave us plenty of info and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Jack helped us sort out our home insurance and was great. They both made it all very simple, thankyou

I dealt with Emma when me and my wife purchased our first home, from start to finish she was patient, professional and extremely helpful and got us a very competitive rate. I will be coming back to Pollard Scott when able to remortgage! Thank you Emma, for making the process so much easier for us!

I used Emma Harrison for my mortgage 5 years ago when she was with a different company. My deal was due to expire so obviously tried to contact Emma, The company she previously worked for contacted me several times to offer their service. I was determined to use Emma if she was still involved in the mortgage business, that's honestly how good she is. Luckily I did find her at Pollard Scott & Co. I now have a new mortgage in place at the best rate available at the time. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend 100%, so straightforward & easy to deal with. Ofcourse when my present deal expires I will contact her again. Superb.
