We aim to keep broker listings accurate and our guides factual. If something is wrong, tell us and we will investigate.
Directory listing disputes
For brokers or consumers:
- Inaccurate data — wrong address, FRN, specialisations, or contact details: email [email protected] with the profile URL and evidence.
- Removal requests — authorised representatives may request removal if a firm no longer trades or should not be listed. We may require FCA register confirmation.
- Review content — user reviews should reflect genuine experience. Report suspected fake or defamatory reviews with detail.
Editorial corrections
For errors in guides, calculators, or blog posts, send the page URL and correction. We prioritise regulated-topic mistakes and outdated legal thresholds (for example stamp duty bands).

Response times
