Data pages
Methodology
Each snapshot is a read-only count of public listings on the date shown: unclaimed and verified listings. Listings under review, hidden or awaiting enrichment are excluded. A broker counts towards a specialism when its listing ticks it, so counts are a floor, not a census.
Snapshots are not updated in place. A new snapshot gets a new date, so figures you cite stay checkable. This is directory data, not advice.
