I did bid a property at imjustsold a new method auction, was told that the mortgage wont be an issue fast forward a month i get told that the mortgage offer has not been granted and no explanation why. simply got told that i cant do anything but can refer to someone else ,which ofc i didnt accept, I managed to get an extension on the deadline after paying a premium fee to the seller , the new broker i used got it done quick and promptly .It was a very expensive lesson but at least in the end we managed to complete.

We have used Alex for both our properties. He listens to what your requirements are and comes up trumps with the goods. This 2nd time of using him we couldnt visit his offices due to location and Corona virus so we conducted all our business via the phone. He always returned our call, we never had to chase him once. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. We felt reassured once again that he was dealing with our requirements.
