My Mortgage Advisor was Sophie who explained everything very clearly and answered any questions I had. She has been incredibly quick, professional and knowledgeable - enabling us to secure a mortgage offer just 1 week after we first instructed her. We had an in depth chat over teams about our potential product, and Stacey took the time to explain things in detail, as we admittedly are new to the property and mortgage world. We will 100% be using Stacey when it comes to remortgaging and her level of service brings us complete peace of mind that it will be a smooth process. Thank you!! We have also had the pleasure of working with James in getting our life and house insurances in place for our property.
