UK Expat Mortgage

Louis was incredibly responsive and consistently clear in his explanations. He made every step of the process easy to understand and took the time to ensure I felt confident in each decision. His support throughout has been outstanding, and he genuinely made the whole experience much smoother. Highly recommended.

Louis helped us with a recent mortgage which completed on time, with no issues. This was despite challenging circumstances, short timeframes, and us being based overseas. Louis was very responsive, knowledgeable, and he got us a great rate. His advice was clear and practical, and having worked with many brokers, we were particularly impressed with Louis and the team. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a broker.

My partner and I were looking at our mortgage options as expats in Canada, and UK Expat Mortgage were fantastic. Louis answered all of our questions and made everything very clear from the outset. We thought our circumstances would leave us with limited mortgage options but Louis presented a range of products ranging from lowest cost to greater flexibility - thank you again to the whole team!

I had a great experience working with Luther and Megan from Orton Financials. They were extremely responsive, transparent, and quick throughout the entire process. As an expat, handling things remotely can be very challenging, but with them it felt effortless. I highly recommend their services and will definitely continue working with them in the future.

Luther and Megan were fantastic. My family and I relocated to the UK for my job (from Australia) in September, and by the end of November we had bought a property at our preferred deposit level and at a fantastic rate with a mainstream lender. This was down to the hard work and perseverance of both Luther and Megan to get it all across the line. They are both extremely knowledgeable and made it all as simple and stress free as possible. I would highly recommend them!
