A truly amazing service provided by Michael Stratton, first class in every way. Friendly, interactive, informative and supportive. All done from the comfort of our home. Michael walked us through the mortgage process at a pace that suited us, every step was explained in the detail we required. He continually checked that we understood what we had done before we moved to the next step. He regularly stayed in touch with us via text and/or email and encouraged along the way. The service we received from HFA was exceptional This is our first experience buying a house so the whole process at times was extremely overwhelming esp the forms. Our Mortgage Associate Jane from the initial inquiry was great. She offers such a friendly service, no pressure, we met for a coffee and explained some of the initial process in language we understood and could digest. From there both Jane and her colleague Sandra have provided such a patient service, there was lots of delays our end and we never pushed. Everything Jane and Sandra said they would do was done in the time agreed and provided. One of the stand out services Jane provides is going through insurance. After our appointment we not only felt reassured but we felt we understood all the variations and term's and condition's. It didn't feel like a sell just informative. We would 100% recommend this service.
