Awful service from Acumen. mortgage was up for renewal and was constantly ignored when trying to get it sorted. I’ve ended up paying extra 1k in mortgages fees due to poor service from them. Not even a sorry from them in regards to ignoring any previous calls or messages and additional charge.

I can honestly say Acumen, especially Christian Pandis our mortgage advisor and Claire Sutcliffe our case handler, have been nothing short of fantastic from start to finish! From finding us a great mortgage deal, finding us a fab conveyancer, and they made what can be a stressful time just run so smoothly and effortlessly! I was never left wondering what was going on, their communication was great. If I emailed for any reason I got very quick responses. So efficient. I would 100% recommend to anyone and I will definitely use Acumen for any future remortgages. Genuinely, thank you so much for making this process so easy for us.

I was given the opportunity to buy the house I had been renting and initially contact L&C to arrange a mortgage, initially they were helpful but then they weren't as responsive and the mortgage didn't seem to be making any progress. I then contacted Acumen after a referral from a friend who said they had been very helpful and sure enough Acumen were great from start to finish. They got me a decision in principle the same day I spoke to an adviser, who then came out to see me and the mortgage was submitted in full within 48 hours of the initial conversation. The whole process took around 6 weeks from start to finish and Acumen were brilliant every step of the way, not only with the initial advice but also a great service from the admin team too. Highly recommended to anybody looking for mortgage assistance.
