John Hollis

John has been nothing but extremely professional and motivated during the whole process of sorting our mortgage out. John managed to get us an excellent interest rate and his contact throughout was excellent. John will definitely be recommended by us to any one who needs assistance in the process to get a mortgage. He explained everything that we didn't understand in order for us to move forward. We now have our dream property and we owe it all to John for his skills and knowledge in the mortgage and finance world. Thanks John, and as I've always told you, you are a legend 🙌

Couldn’t recommend John enough 🥰 as first time buyers he supported us through the whole process, kept us fully up to date and answered all of our daft questions without hesitation! Originally John found us a mortgage although we had adverse credit history, we were so happy. A few weeks later John called us again to say he’d been working in the background and had managed to secure us an AIP with a building society at a lower interest rate, saving us £300 per month. This is incredible and we couldn’t thank him enough for going the extra mile.

We have used John a couple of times now, both with our initial equity release to deal with our help to buy scheme and then our recent re-mortgage to fix in our next rate. John is very knowledgeable and always provides us with sound advice. We will be using him again and would recommend his services

Me and my partner recently bought our first home and didn't have a clue where to start, my sister recommended we contact John and we are happy that we did! John was always happy to take our many calls and reply to any questions we had explaining everything thoroughly making sure that we were at ease with everything, the whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. We will be using John’s services again come remortgage and would definitely recommend 👍

I recently used John for my mortgage renewal and couldn't be happier with the service. Everything was clearly explained, with all options laid out in full. Communication throughout was excellent — John went above and beyond, even liaising with the lender’s legal representative to ensure everything was sorted smoothly. I can’t recommend his services highly enough and will definitely be using him again for my next mortgage renewal.
