cooke mortgage & protection services ltd

Based on my personal experience, I CAN NOT recommend Michelle. Communication was extremely poor, agreed actions were not delivered, and no mortgage was ultimately secured. Despite taking payment, she failed to provide the service promised and then stopped responding. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. UPDATE - Reply: This is the true reflection of Personal Service I received from Michelle Cooke CeMap CeRER; MLC financial Services at the time.

We can't recommend Michelle enough. This was our first remortgage and Michelle explained the process to us fully and with no judgement either. Michelle went the extra mile getting things through quickly and finding us to best possible outcome for our circumstances. If we or any friends/family ever need mortgage help again in the future, she will be our first port of call and recommendation. Thanks Michelle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Michelle was amazing throughout the entire mortgage process. She was incredibly helpful and dedicated to finding the best deal for us. Her expertise and knowledge made a significant difference, and she always took the time to explain every detail, ensuring we felt confident and informed. Michelle went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We couldn't be happier with her service and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a mortgage broker.

Michelle was fantastic throughout the process and was always thinking one step ahead, which is important in the volatile economic environment we’re in at the moment. Michelle was able to lock in a lower rate on our new fixed mortgage, 6 months before our current mortgage was due to expire, which probably saved us over £100 a month. Thanks very much for top advice!

So easy and simple… Michelle set up an initial meeting to explain my options on my remortgage. Everything was explained in a precise and clear way meaning I was making the best, informed decision. I received my mortgage offer within 24 hours and Michelle was there every step of the way answering any questions I had and providing amazing general overall support. I would recommend her time and time again.
