Portico Finance

We have had a very good experience with Portico Finance. We had a lot of questions as it's our first home, but our financial queries were handled with a great deal of care and professionalism. We highly recommend the service of Pardeep Chahal, who has been very responsive and helped us out with a very good mortgage. Many thanks.

Pardeep Singh has been working with me as a first time buyer, and he had been nothing but a reassurance and a pleasure to work with. He is efficient, knowledgeable and tailored his approach to my needs. He has organised mortgage with no issues at all, considering my circumstances changed due to covid 19. They are professional, savvy and on point. I would recommend Pardeep and his team to anyone looking for a good deal and he handles all of the paperwork on your behalf. Excellent service and very personable

Pradeep was my mortgage advisor who is absolutely brilliant! He is very good at what he does and supported me throughout the mortgage process. Always on hand to help and answer queries promptly. Efficient service all round, would definitely recommend to my family & friends.

I used Portico Finance to arrange my mortgage for my first flat purchase. Pardeep was my broker, and he is extremely helpful and friendly, and got me a great deal! As a first time buyer he took me through the process from start to finish, offering excellent advice along the way - not just about mortgages but also about my property search and purchase itself. I really appreciate all of his help. Once I made an offer on my flat he processed my document and mortgage offer quickly, which has helped speed up the buying process, and kept me well informed along the way. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Having used Portico Finance for over three years and on two properties. I have always been confident with Steve for helping me with my mortgages. His expertise and knowledge has guided me through the process and I have full trust and confidence in his work. I thoroughly recommend and his patient through the process, my excessive questions and guiding me to my best mortgage. Was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and knew exactly what I was signing up for. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I will continue to use and recommend in the future.
