Nothing was too much trouble, he sourced some great deals for me, and really helped with a mortgage search at a tricky time when rates were rising. I had a set back right before completion due to a legal issue, and whilst this was nothing to do with Stefan, he was on the other end of the phone trying to help as much as possible. 21 Mar 2025Stefan has been so amazing from start to finish. As first time buyers, we really didn't know where to begin on our quest to find our first home. Stefan was recommended to me, and from our first phone call his wealth of knowledge and friendly personality made us feel so comfortable and excited. No question was ever to much, and as I didn't know the process very well Stefan explained everything to me so I felt I was making informed decisions. The communication was always prompt and clear, and I found the whole experience very smooth. After a year of travelling, combined with the fact my partner is self employed, we were concerned this would make it harder for us to get a mortgage, but Stefan used his powers and knowledge of the market to make it work given our circumstances. Overall we are really happy with the product we received and would highly recommend Stefan. Thank you!!
