I had a very disappointing experience with Umar Hussain as a broker. I provided all my details upfront and asked for the available options, but instead of sharing product details or lender prospectuses for me to review, he repeatedly asked for more documents. At no point was I given clear product specifications or terms and conditions to make an informed decision. Instead, I was told to proceed with a random interest rate without any transparency on the actual product. This approach felt completely unprofessional and lacking in the clarity and diligence I would expect from a broker. Trust and transparency are essential when dealing with financial matters, and unfortunately, this was not demonstrated in my experience. I would not recommend his service!
