5 Feb 2026Sophie & Nikki oversaw my mortgage for my first house purchase and the process couldn’t have been smoother. As a first time buyer I had no idea about how to go about getting a mortgage or the paperwork required however, they talked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand, and took all the stress out of the mortgage process. Would highly recommend and will be using Finesse again when it comes to remortgaging and buying future properties.

27 Jan 2026It was my first time remortgaging and a friend recommended Nikki at Finesse Mortgage Services. Nikki was so friendly and made the process very simple. Nikki guided me through the whole process, explained my options clearly and she managed to secure my new mortgage within a few days. I’m a very happy client and will definitely contact Nikki again when I remortgage in the future.

In the time it's going to take you to read this review, they will have understood your requirements, looked at the options, and presented you with the solution that will suit you. (alright, maybe not that quick but it's still quick) Brilliant, excellent service. Nikki has helped us a few times now and every time, I'm just amazed and how helpful her and team are. Just do yourself a favour and take the stress out of house buying and lending, use Finesse.

22 Jan 2026I had a great experience with Nikki Osborne at Finesse Mortgage Services. She helped me get my first mortgage in 2024 and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. She explained everything clearly and was always happy to answer my questions. Nikki has also recently helped me with my remortgage, and again the service was excellent. She is friendly, professional, and always quick to reply. I would highly recommend Nikki Osborne and Finesse Mortgage Services to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser.
