I recently purchased a property through Woodcock and Son and was very pleased with the service and contact provided by Richard throughout. Richard helped to maintain the chain and kept things moving with the Solicitors, always taking the time to keep me updated.

My wife and I viewed a property several months ago, which was lovely but in all honesty overpriced. We put in a more reasonable offer below the asking price, to which the agent seemed to imply it was not a sensible offer at all - despite us being first time buyers, no chain, etc. Another offer at asking price was received and seller opted for that - fair enough. A few months later the agent rang asking to see what our situation was as the other offer had fallen through - by which point we had found somewhere else with an agent who made us feel respected and valued as opposed to judged for seeing that the asking price was above market levels. I appreciate the agent will push for whatever price they can get, however their behaviour here arguably cost them our business.

John and Richard offer a superb service. For us they exceeded our expectations. Keeping us updated and providing valuable advice and guidance.
