I first met Natasha at Gateway Mortgages Ltd in 2011 almost 14 years ago, when my husband and I moved house and had a 6 week old baby. Moving house and the arrival of a new baby was stressful but Natasha was and still is exceptional, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She helped us all the way through the mortgage and later remortgage process during this time. She always explains matters in detail and in simple terms and having access to the current mortgage market and interest rates, as well as assisting with the whole process, I could not recommend her and her team James, Louise and Karen highly enough. It's also been great to see Natasha's company grow over that time. Thank you everyone!

We were recommended James by our solicitor after a poor service from our previous mortgage advisor. From the initial contact James, Karen and the team been nothing but professional, thorough and kept us regularly informed of the progress. James had successfully sourced us a mortgage within few working days. Would highly recommend!

I haven’t long re-mortgaged with James at Gateway. The serviced I received from the moment I contacted through to the very last conversation was outstanding. Credit to all the staff, very approachable and handle all questions with confidence. I would always recommend and will be using again! Thank you all!

Highly recommend Gateway mortgages. From start to finish the service has been fantastic. I cannot thank Lisa and Karen enough. Customer service has been impeccable, they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I'm so pleased I went with Gateway, having used other mortgage brokers in the past and having a lot of unnecessary faff, the mortgage process felt like a breeze with Gateway.
