24 Mar 2025I first met Natasha at Gateway Mortgages Ltd in 2011 almost 14 years ago, when my husband and I moved house and had a 6 week old baby. Moving house and the arrival of a new baby was stressful but Natasha was and still is exceptional, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She helped us all the way through the mortgage and later remortgage process during this time. She always explains matters in detail and in simple terms and having access to the current mortgage market and interest rates, as well as assisting with the whole process, I could not recommend her and her team James, Louise and Karen highly enough.
