We first met Sonya 3 years ago when we tried to buy our first property. She was great with us, talked us through our options and quickly found us a mortgage. Then we ran into problems with the seller and Sonya was with us every step of the way, telling us when things didn't sound right, advising us on who we could talk to and generally being someone we could talk to. (We ultimately decided that we weren't able to proceed with that purchase) 2 years later and we were ready to try buying again. She welcomed us back, took the time to listen to our situation and advised us that we could afford to buy outright rather than shared ownership, which we hadn't realised. We were able to send her property listing and she would quickly tell us if we could afford it and how much our monthly payments might be. Once again we've had issues with our sellers, and again Sonya has been there every step of the way, looking at mortgage offer extensions and advising us on who to contact for different issues. She's always been on the other end of the phone if we needed advice, and used WhatsApp to keep us updated. She also helped us sort life insurance and put us in contact with a colleague who sorted our building insurance. We are finally in our first home and owe that largely to this amazing lady. To say she's gone above and beyond for us is an understatement, and we will forever be grateful to her. We will be recommending her to everyone we know.
