They say buying a house or moving house is one of the most stressful things you will ever do in your life, and I agree in my experience when I moved house the last time it was pretty stressful, however one of the things that wasn’t stressful was the mortgage side of things, that was because Paul took the stress out of that for us. Paul kept us updated all the way through the process, I never had to question what was happening or where we were on the mortgage, this was because as soon as Paul knew anything he was straight on the phone, and if he hadn’t heard anything for a while he was also straight on the phone to let us know. I would go as far as saying Paul bent over backwards for us and did a fantastic job. I will also add it’s not just the mortgage but one of Paul’s questions to me was do you have life insurance and I said no, because I tried to do it online and it was just to confusing all the questions to know if I was answering them correctly, paul did a questionnaire with me and had life insurance sorted for me within 24 hours. And as an added bonus paul also has great banter, highly recommend paul if your looking for any mortgage advice or like I said life insurance then this is your man.

Highly recommend! Being a first time buyer and not sure of the process Paul covered everything with us including the importance of income protection which was very helpful. The whole process was seamless and easy Paul did all the work for us. He has also helped us out when our fixed rate came to an end.
