23 Jun 2022Very efficient service received from Damon Pike at Lupo Mortgage Services when handling as Executors and Trustees our friends estate to accommodate her wishes of equally sharing her property and estate between her Daughters. Damon explained to us very clearly what was required of us and once we had provided him with the documentation he requested he quickly reported back to us with a list of borrowers who would accept our application. A property survey was carried out quickly by the mortgage provider and things are moving satisfactory towards completion of a mortgage offer. All done from the comfort of our home.
