Fiona is absolutely brilliant. I’m a first time buyer from outside UK so I have little experience with house purchase and it can be quite scary. Fiona not only provide the mortgage service ( which is above and beyond as I have “ government fund” outside UK and she is brilliant in communicating to banks explaining this) she also provide helpful hose purchase, negotiate advice which makes me feel I’m not alone in this.
