They have arranged several buy-to-let mortgages for us and they assisted us in registering a limited company. Not many brokers operate like LEA Financial Services. They always provide an intelligent and easily-understandable explanation after thoroughly checking our circumstances. On occasions, they have sent illustrations for two alternatives with one recommended as more suitable for us than the other. Later, when checking the small print, we realised they were earning less commission on the product which they said was best for us.

Les researched and provided us with various options on available mortgages which best suited our needs; with a wealth of experience in the area he was able to provide absolute clarity on all aspects which we were unsure about. He was extremely understanding when the first house we were hoping to buy fell through just days before we were due to exchange contracts. Furthermore, when we eventually found and bought another house, Les deducted his initial fees from the final invoice, unlike the solicitors and mortgage lenders who we had to pay twice!
