The Mortgage Place

Have used these guys for quite a number of years and they have served me well over, I think 4 mortgage deals. It's now Feb 26 and once again I need another (in my case) mortgage deal, I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Highly recommended. I've also had useful pension advice here too.

Stefan and the team were amazing! Always there to answer questions, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend The Mortgage Place.

We used The Mortgage Place as recommended by the estate agent and were delighted with the help we received. From all the people my partner and I have dealt with in the process of buying our first home, Ellie was by far the most helpful and supportive. Very happy and definitely recommend!

We worked with Stefan at The Mortgage Place for our first home purchase and overall received a really solid service throughout. Stefan was great at checking mortgage rates, finding us competitive deals, and explaining everything clearly along the way — which, as first-time buyers, made a big difference in helping us feel confident with the decisions we were making. When our original property chain unfortunately fell through, Stefan didn’t miss a beat. He acted quickly to secure a new mortgage offer and made sure everything was restructured smoothly with minimal stress on our end. He was always on hand to answer questions, and we appreciated the effort he put into finding us the best deal for our situation, especially in a market where rates can change fast. Overall, a great service — professional, responsive, and very helpful from start to finish. Would happily recommend Stefan and The Mortgage Place to anyone looking for mortgage advice and support.

In buying our first home, Stefan and Amber were excellent throughout the process, completely removing any stress over arranging our mortgage. Stefan took the time to explain the process in detail in an initial call and subsequent phone calls/meetings to help us secure the best mortgage offer. During our in person meeting, they were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the mortgage place to anyone looking for mortgage advice when purchasing a home and we would definitely use them again in the future if needed.
