Matt has been amazing from the beginning. In April 25 I first contacted Matt to see if he could help me with some questions and he was nothing short of informative. I then picked back up with him in the summer where I was ready to buy my first house. Having a local advisor knowing the locations and able to give me more information on a property is what I needed.
