TED Mortgages

Daniella from TED Mortgages is absolutely amazing at her job. She has been incredibly helpful & patient with me as a first time buyer & has explained the process thoroughly from start to finish as I did not have a clue what i was doing. The customer service & advice has been exceptional throughout & Daniella was responsive to all my queries. I would highly recommend TED Mortgages. 😊

James Harris was highly recommended to us by friends and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we have received. From start to finish James was on hand to answer our (many) questions promptly no matter how big or small. We would not hesitate to recommend James to others and wouldn’t go anywhere else when our mortgage is up for renewal. Thank you 🌟

James from TED mortgages is nothing short of fantastic. We first contacted James when we were first looking to buy back in 2023, James completed our application and guided us through the process, supporting us with insurances and solicitors. Unfortunately, due to the property condition, we had to pull out. We were then in a position in 2025 to start looking at purchasing again (hopefully with better luck)…we knew instantly the first thing to do was to get back in touch with James as he was so brilliant the first time. James listened to all of our requirements, future plans and what was important to us to ensure we applied and secured a lender and product that was right for us. James was honest throughout and extremely supportive with chasing our application and solicitors when they stated to drag their heels. I personally work within the mortgage industry and can hand on heart say I would recommend James to anyone I know taking out a mortgage or insurances. Even when applications for life insurances were declined, James picked us back up and instantly reassured us that we still had plenty of options. My partner and I, have recommended James and Ted mortgages to works colleagues, Friends and family members. Thank you so much again James for working around our busy and tricky schedules and always being such a pleasure to speak to on the phone. If you’re planning on moving, purchasing your first home or remortgaging, I couldn’t recommend James and TED mortgages enough.

Me and my partner have just finished the process of buying our first house. James from TED mortgages was our advisor and he did an amazing job! Took away all the stress and made the whole process so easy. He was very friendly and made everything feel straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

Buying a house it is indeed a very stressful process. Being a foreigner and buying your first home challenges you to extreme. New rules, new laws but when you meet professional people the process it's getting easier.Daniella was absolutely brilliant. Efficient, calm and very helpful. Totally recommend.
