Intelligent Mortgage

This is my second time using Intelligent Mortgage and they’ve been amazing again. Paul & Kathryn are extremely helpful, easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free. We would definitely recommend.

We found Paul Charlwood and his company, Intelligent Mortgage, on the website for the Equity Release Council. From first contact Paul was very helpful and easy to talk to. We were given advice on what types of Lifetime Mortgages were available. Paul visited us at home on two occasions and explained the process clearly and advised us what we would need to provide to make the application. We were very happy with the outcome which all went smoothly and reasonably quickly. Thank you to Paul and Kathryn for their professional and friendly approach.

Paul was exceptionally responsive, providing continuous support and ensuring our availability for discussions regarding the diverse mortgage options. As first-time buyers, we greatly valued his guidance, which made the process remarkably smooth. We highly recommend his services.

Paul and Kathryn were so helpful in helping us obtain our mortgage. As first time buyers, we were a little clueless on where to start, but Paul was brilliant at explaining the whole process and providing advice over the last two years. We will be definitely using Intelligent Mortgage again for our renewal and would highly recommend to others. Thank you!

Paul's services have been invaluable to us in our house buying process. As first time buyers with very basic knowledge of the process, we felt that Paul explained everything we needed to know incredibly clearly and gave us all the options, so that we could make our own, informed decisions, whilst still getting his expert advice. He kept us updated at all times during the process and also put our minds at ease whenever we had any worries or concerns. I could not recommend Intelligent Mortgages more.
