Lucy was an absolute star and dealt with our rather complicated situation perfectly and with expediency. Couldn’t recommend Lucy enough.

Lucy has been brilliant. From the very start of our process when we were fact finding (I'm self employed and we were thinking about renting out our property etc) she was super knowledgable and talked us through all the options and was happy to work on various scenarios for us so we could work out what suited us best. She acted quickly when we needed our AIP in order to view our dream home, and now we're in the mortgage application process she has again been very clear, answered all our questions and explained every step to us. Without Lucy I actually don't think we would have managed - we wouldn't have been able to find out the best deal, who'd lend what, know what to send over of my self employed books etc - having someone to guide us has been invaluable and saved us lots of time, which is crucial in the house buying process. Would recommend to anyone!
