As first-time buyers me and my partner went into this feeling pretty overwhelmed, but she made the whole process feel so much easier than we expected. What really meant a lot to me was that her support didn’t just stop once everything was paid and completed. She still took the time to help my partner sort the right life insurance, making sure it was actually right for us and not just something rushed through. That extra care made a big difference.
