25 Feb 2026Emily McQuade was very efficient with my mortgage application and was always clear and concise when presenting and requesting any information from me, and was always prompt when dealing with any queries I had. As a first time buyer I found the process stress-free and felt like I was in good hands. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Emily and the team @ AL Mortgage Solutions.

2 Feb 2026Alex and the entire team were absolutely brilliant in helping us secure our mortgage as first-time buyers. From start to finish, they explained everything thoroughly, talked us through all our options, and provided clear guidance at every step. They were incredibly responsive, emails and calls were answered almost instantly, which made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. What really impressed us was their ability to secure a mortgage on a leasehold flat in a renovated Grade II listed building, over 11 storeys high. Not the simplest case, but they handled it with total confidence and expertise. We couldn’t recommend Alex and the team highly enough — honestly feels like they can do anything!
