Carl Cashman

Me and my partner are clueless when it comes to mortgages! Carl helped us when we were buying our home during COVID and again now for our remortgage. Both times the experience has been outstanding. Carl's service is quick, reliable and he made it easy to understand the process. Completely stress free, 10/10.

As first time buyers, we didn't have a clue where to begin when it came to applying for a mortgage. Carl has handled our application with efficiency, professionalism and great care. He was always there if we had a question, however small or trivial and used his expertise to get us a great deal. Initially, we held off looking for our first home, but as soon as we selected Carl as our mortgage broker we quickly sourced a property and are now well on our way to completion and moving into our new home. We couldn't have done it without Carl.

Carl was recommended to us by a friend, we also highly recommend Carl after he helped get our first mortgage (in the middle of a pandemic!). Carl keeps you informed all the way through the process and is quick to respond to any questions or queries. Excellent service!

Carl was recommended to us by a friend and he has been an amazing help throughout our journey of buying our first home. Overall, he has given us the best possible financial advice over different properties that helped us securing the right first home for ourselves. Moreover, he also got us the best mortgage deal which got approved in less than a weeks time. I highly recommend Carl’s financial services 😊

Carl was really helpful throughout the process of our mortgage application. As a first time buyer he explained everything to us in simple terms so it was easy for us to understand. He asked us plenty of questions to find a mortgage that best suited our needs and would be best for us in the long run. He was always available and happy to answer any questions. Really good service!
