When we originally went to see him we had no idea what we were doing and he clearly explained everything in detail to us. He answered every question honestly and we didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision there and then or to use him to secure our mortgage. Obviously this led to us going back to him for the mortgage! He was very clear and helpful throughout.
