28 Feb 2026They went totally silent for two weeks after my valuation, came back and asked that I complete a Direct Debit mandate so they could issue the offer but they went totally silent for over a week. They claimed delays were due to a system change but that doesn’t make up for lack of communication and weeks of delays. I would definitely not recommend them. I ended up getting an offer from another lender in less than a week with a higher valuation.
