28 Feb 2026They went totally silent for two weeks after my valuation, came back and asked that I complete a Direct Debit mandate so they could issue the offer but they went totally silent for over a week. They claimed delays were due to a system change but that doesn’t make up for lack of communication and weeks of delays. I would definitely not recommend them. I ended up getting an offer from another lender in less than a week with a higher valuation.

Considering they are the only person monitoring the chat box they are very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Its hard to portray a personality through a chat but you can tell they are a very friendly welcoming person that cares about what they do. They are a great first impression of MOLO.
