I can highly recommend Capital Fortune and would definitely recommend Capital Fortune to anyone seeking a property loan in the UK. I can say unequivocally, that I would not have been successful in being approved for a property loan (mortgage) without their tireless help, and their obvious deep knowledge and familiarity in how to navigate the serpentine like regulations the UK has established. Being approved for a mortgage in the UK is not for the faint of heart, let me highly recommend Mr. P Bartlett and Ms. C Artiss; one could not want for a better team to find the perfect match for a loan and to explain and represent you to a prospective loaning agency (usually a building society in the UK).

Absolutely brilliant, and would highly recommend. At first we were slightly sceptical as we were first time buyers and we had been declined by a major high st bank. We contacted Capital Fortune and spoke with an advisor almost immediately, within 24 hours he had found us a provider, and within a week we had a mortgage in principle. Peter Bartlett and Anna Kirk are both highly professional, excellent and very responsive. We completed just a week later than expected even though our first provider let us down and are now in our dream house thanks for capital fortune - don’t let the fees put you off it’s worth every penny.
