I used this service to get my first home under the right to buy scheme, the service I received by my broker @Thisara Fernando who was amazing, attentive, organised, well planned and very much "on the ball" to chase and action outstanding requirements to get my mortgage in place. Thisara had ensured we completed after a long awaited completion date (just to note readers , this was due to the complexity of the case), even so Thisara prevailed and secured me my first home, words can not explain how I feel , but I will never forget Thisara and the exceptional customer service she provided, she is an assett to the firm and her skills and dedication should equally be recognised. This is where life starts , this is where dreams become a reality, this is where my dream became my first home , thank you Tee, thank you @TheLoansEngine, thank you to the wider the for everything you do !

Dreadful experience with this company, give them a wide berth. We had nothing but empty promises. 2-4 weeks became 3 months. The person we needed to speak to was always on the phone to other people and rarely phoned me back. Nothing but trouble l!!
