Extremely poor communication. Multiple emails and offers in, received one letter. Don’t really know or trust that the vendor has received my offers, which are over the asking price and generally what’s going on. Feels like there’s ulterior motives. No queries answered in regards to property. Would not recommend.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Neil for sorting out a serious leak at my property and getting it fixed in time for my new tenants move in date. It really took the stress out of having to organise tradesmen myself, and I really appreciated being kept up to date with regular photos and updates throughout. Also, a special mention to Elliot. It's always such a pleasure to speak with him! He’s so proactive, gets things done quickly, and found me a tenant in no time. Always friendly and approachable. I really appreciate all the help and support from both of you!
