Mahmud at First Strategy Financial Services is excellent! We have used Mahmud a couple of times now regarding mortgage and financial advice and his service has always been exemplary. He always returns your calls or texts/Whatsapp and makes you feel prioritised. His advice and knowledge of the sector is extensive, and is able to tailor your needs with what is realistic and achievable (no BS!). Mahmud was a calm voice in the very stressful process of house buying, no question was too stupid for him to answer and explain. He is also not pushy with the other services First Strategy provides, but we did use some of his recommendations and they too were fantastic. We will definitely use Mahmud and First Strategy again.
