Peter L assisted my father in getting a buy to let mortgage, nothing was too much trouble for him, he spent lots of time with my dad ensuring he got the best deal and that he fully understood everything involved. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous about the mortgage process, but Peter Stirrup made it all so straightforward. He explained everything in clear, jargon-free language so I felt confident and understood each step. He also recommended a surveyor who I used and was very happy with. My house purchase ended up taking longer than expected, which meant we had to reapply for a new mortgage. Peter kept chasing the best rates for me to make sure I got the right deal and kept me fully updated throughout. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. JLM also helped me with my income protection insurance, Jay was great, she talked me through all the different insurances so I had a clear understanding and helped me make an informed decision on which one to proceed with.
