I have known this business since Rabinder first moved to town. They are excellent mortgage brokers who also assist with Life and Critical Illness insurance, offering advice that can save you thousands of pounds. Rabinder is incredibly efficient, often providing solutions within an hour and finding the perfect product for your needs. One thing I really value is the privacy. Unlike other brokers where waiting customers can overhear your sensitive financial details, Rabinder ensures appointments are strictly one-to-one. I’ve used NatWest for my mortgage three times through her now—either they love me, or I’m starting to love them even more! I have already referred around 10 clients to Rabinder, with another two or three yet to come. It would be a great idea for the company to consider a referral incentive to reward and retain clients who frequently recommend them. The office is always warm and cosy. You can park on the surrounding streets; I’d suggest paying for two hours even though the work usually finishes in one, as the traffic wardens are very active. I highly recommend this company, especially as I’ve had such bad experiences with other brokers. Elsewhere, I’ve dealt with people keeping original documents, delaying applications for weeks, and even sabotaging my offers by ringing estate agents to sell the house to their other clients. This company is different; if you arrive with all your documents ready, they can complete your application within the hour. One fixed charge which is paid on application completion. Quotation is free. I would love to work for company like this to explore and expand the company even further.
