A big thank you to PFL Mortgages. We found out about them in an Armed Forces magazine. We were buying our first house and didn't know where to start. They were excellent mortgage brokers, telling us what we would likely be able to borrow and then going to the market to find the best deal for us. They also kept an eye on the change in mortgage rates offered by banks. They then searched for best deal for mortgage and illness cover too. Even when that was done they continued to engage with estate agents and solicitors to hasten completion. No fee was paid by us, as they took commission off the lender. I would highly recommend them.
