STAY AWAY - BE WARNED - YOGESH PATEL I strongly advise anyone to stay away from Yogesh Parekh and this firm. In my personal experience, the service was extremely unprofessional. Calls were never returned, there was no communication, he was always in India, abroad and unavailable. My case was delayed continuously, and after nearly two years I was left without a mortgage offer and fell out of my existing mortgage term as a result. I am a disabled transgender person and felt particularly vulnerable during this process. I have serious concerns regarding the handling of my personal data and confidentiality, which has caused me significant distress. Once I raised my concenrs he became aggressive Yogesh Parekh released my personal data to various third parties, including an individual against whom I have obtained a full protection order. He has been extremely rude, aggressive, and entirely unprofessional in his conduct. Due to these issues, I have taken formal legal action to address the matter. I have made an application under Part 81 for committal , and I will enforce my County Court judgment by applying for his bankruptcy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this advisor or firm
