If I could give this company and Lucy for than 5 stars I would! Absolutely flawless and smooth service from Lucy all the way through. We had a bad experience with a different Broker and was recommended Lucy by our estate agent. Well he was right. The speed and efficiency shown from her was unbelievable with complete transparency and communication all the way through to completion of our new home. We didn’t think it was possible but Lucy managed to not only get us the Mortage after the past errors made and not only that but a fantastic rate. I believe our mortgage was completed in 6 weeks from offer to getting our keys and that was over the festive and new year period. When I first used Create finance around 5 years ago, what stood out for me was the commitment to find you the best deal, Not any deal. The best deal. Even after finding a better deal, George said I think we can still do better and he did. To me, this was a company committed to doing it's very best. The new mortgage deal found was considerably lower than my previous deal. So when looking for another mortgage, late 2025. Again they didnt disappoint. The 4 star rating is well deserved !
