Pure Mortgage and Protection

Excellent service from Tracey. Used her services twice first time purchasing my home then second time for a remortgage. Both times she got us the product we wanted with no issues! Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future without a doubt!

It's been a great experience to get a mortgage as a first time buyer and Tracey is the person who advised me very wisley and found me a most reliable mortgage, so responsive and caring person will recommend again thanks..😊

I first engaged with Tracy in 2023, and from the very beginning she has been consistently helpful, approachable, and considerate, even though we did not complete any business until April 2025 when she arranged my first remortgage. Most recently, I asked her to arrange a mortgage for a property I was interested in. Tracy dealt with this straightaway with her usual professionalism and attention to detail. When that purchase was delayed and I decided to move forward with another property, she was once again extremely supportive and efficient in making the necessary changes despite the fact that there was no additional financial gain for her, as it was an existing application. I have always found Tracy to be highly professional, considerate, intelligent, and hardworking. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled smoothly. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend her to friends, family, and colleagues for her proactive approach and outstanding service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tracey from Pure Mortgage and Protection for my mortgage needs, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Tracey provided top-notch service and made the process of securing a mortgage as smooth and stress-free as possible. Tracey was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to fully understand my financial situation and helped me find the best mortgage options that fit my needs. She also explained every step of the process in detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. Throughout the entire process, Tracey was always available to answer any questions I had and provide updates on the status of my mortgage application. She went above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way, and I felt confident in her ability to handle everything on my behalf. In the end, I was able to secure a great mortgage that fit my budget and needs, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Pure Mortgage and Protection to anyone looking for expert and personalized service for their mortgage needs. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Pure Mortgage and Protection and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Thank you for making the mortgage process easy Tracey!

Tracey and her team at Pure Mortgage and Protection have been great. No question was too hard or time consuming. Tracey has been brilliant at talking me through aspects of my first house purchase and is very approachable and friendly. She is quick to respond and I highly rate their work and professionalism. Getting updates via Nicole, Senior Administrator was also really helpful and she was also on hand for any questions. I have no worries about recommending Pure Mortgage and Protection to friends and family. Thank you for all your help, hard work and advice 😀 xx
