A friend recommended Super Contractors and I'm so glad she did. My consultant, Dave, was so helpful, and answered all my first time buyer questions. When I had an offer accepted and the mortgage application was made, Lynne took over and she has been just as helpful. The fee is very reasonable and well worth it!

Super Contractors team had helped me secure a product transfer with relative ease and process has been very straight forward. They originally helped me secure the mortgage 5 years back and I was surprised to receive communication from them few months back suggesting me to look at the options as the mortgage deal coming to an end. Dave has been fantastic and always a pleasure to work with. He gave me all the available options with current lender and other ones as well. Once I decided to go with current lender the process has been simple. Donald and Lynne have been very helpful and kept me informed through out the process and advised me the timelines that I need to get back to them by. We were recommended Dave's contact and super contractors by our friend and have been very glad. Dave and Fiona are very professional, know the subject expertise, and very prompt and responsive. Both Dave and Fiona are super friendly and easy to have a catch up and chat with, nothing is too much of a trouble.
