We used Peterkins most recently to sell our house in Aberdeen and I cannot praise the team highly enough. They were very pro-active and highly responsive. We were hugely impressed and would highly recommend them. I've been dealing with Peterkins for some time now on all my rental properties in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. The level of service is second to none as well as the depth of knowledge on the local market. They also go right out their way to go the extra mile and never with and issue always very friendly, professional and prompt excellent all round.

After many experiences with letting agents over the years that have left lots to be desired, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent communication and support during our tenancy. Usually it feels like all the effort of the letting agency goes to the landlords and the tenants are left behind with 1/2 fixes for problems and poor communication.
