Plan and Prosper

I had my Will writing appointment with Luke and we were absolutely delighted with the service. He was able to review our estate and fix the problems we have been worried about for years. Our life insurance is now a lot better value and will make sure my children will be provided for. The Will we have received is exactly what we wanted and has put our minds at ease. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Thank you for everything.

First thing you will notice about this company is that they are not who they say they are, they are in fact a broker. The second thing you will notice is that these reviews are fake. Isn’t it strange that most if not all of these reviews refer a fictional character called ‘Aaron Mcaleer’? Have a look on LinkedIn, he doesn’t exist. Also on their website it states “over 35 years’experience” (No space between year’s and experience intended as taken directly from their website.), however if you go to companies house the company was incorporated in 2015. The reason why I am giving this company a poor review is because this is exactly the experience I had in dealing with them as a provider of a service. As a marketing agency we deal with many brokers and provide advertising services for such brokers. In this case Plan and Prosper are less than professional. My experience in dealing Plan and Prosper, specifically their Director Michael James Mulholland, seemed as though they were incompetent and an absolute shambles. Their website doesn’t work properly, it’s not mobile optimised, they were never accurate in what they requested, they have various business names and kept referring to using terms and persuading techniques to fool their target audience. I have written evidence showing clearly that they do not keep to their terms, all of which I will attach to this review as proof. My recommendation to anyone dealing with this broker is to indeed steer clear. After several dealing with them, I found them to be untrustworthy, simply due to the fact they were unprofessional and referred to fraudulent marketing techniques, so before I carried out any more work I wanted to ensure that I would in fact be paid as I had doubts about them being a legitimate business. All of which were proven. I do not know how companies like this are allowed to do business and I am indeed shocked. Firstly, the only reason I know they are a broker as their Director who likes to refer to himself as ‘Mikey’ told me so when he addressed their marketing plans and wanted to appear as though they are someone else. Which brings me to their website, nowhere on their website does it refer to them being a broker or that they arrange transactions between a buyer and a seller for a commission fee. As mentioned, as a business we take on many brokers who provide similar services and this company was by far the least professional we have ever dealt with and my recommendation to any business providing them a service is to please ensure they pay you. Now I would like to state that I am in no way referring to the legal manner in which they conduct themselves to their customers, and I am not implying that there is something corrupt in how they do business, I am refereeing to the way they have asked me to inaccurately portray their business, the state at which their website is in and that they cannot and do not follow through with their agreed terms which is the case in MY experience. We provided the client with an agreed service and the payment amount was agreed before we provided the service. Proof attached again below detailing all of the conversations. I have further proof but there is only so much information you can give on a review. Just be aware of this business. If it's still in business.

Never had life insurance before but thought the time was right when I became a father. Great service from start to finish, friendly advice and helped me pick a plan that doesn't break the bank. I had looked elsewhere but Plan and Prosper had been recommended to me by a friend. They also threw in a free Will, another thing I had not thought about. Overall I was happy with my experience and would definitely go back.

Aaron Mcaleer from the company has been amazing, so helpful and great customer service. The company was able to sort my will and all legal matters with efficiency, would recommend.

I've found working with this company a breeze. All due to the help from Aaron Macleer has been amazing, so helpful and great customer service from completing a will for me and other members of my family to completing power of attorney. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family.
