Receiving letters this four years from this company and phoned the phone number of the company who were listed as this person no longer lives at the property and hasn’t done this four years. Told they couldn’t help nor were they willing to contact the company who they act as an agent for as simply felt they thought it wasn’t there problem. Phoned the other company direct and got it sorted but certainly will not be recommending anyone give them any business if they are so unhelpful when you need a little help. Thank you
