4 Feb 2026We had a great experience with our mortgage advisor, Louise. She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, always available to answer our questions and reassure us when needed. She genuinely did her best to secure the best possible offer for us and stayed very close to us during our purchase. We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her.

1 Feb 2026Louise could not have been more helpful! We’ve been through a long journey buying our house, and Louise has provided great advice at every stage. She always replies promptly and no question is a stupid one. Thank you so much Louise for everything! ❤️

13 Jan 2026Louise was an absolute star during our first home mortgage application. She was incredibly helpful and took all the weight off our shoulders. She managed to make a complex process feel simple and straightforward. Nothing was ever to much to ask and we were always kept in the loop, we didn’t think we would be able to get a mortgage at this stage but Louise made it happen! I couldn’t recommend Hornsea Mortgage Brokers enough, we are so grateful for her guidance and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody. Even walking through the doors of our new home to a thoughtful card, it’s the little things! Thanks for making it so easy, Louise! Thank you for everything 🩷🩷

1 Dec 2025Had a bit of an unusual application to go through for a second mortgage. Within a minute of speaking with Louise we were reassured that she would help in anyway she could. Louise's customer service from start to finish was without doubt the best we have experienced and she was able to work her magic and secure us a second mortgage. Would 100% recommend Hornsea mortgage brokers and will definitely use their services in the future. Thanks Louise, Keith & Claire

30 Nov 2025We highly recommend the amazing service provided by Louise. We have just completed on our first home and she was fantastic at guiding us through the process. She is always just a phone call or message away when we needed her and nothing was ever too much trouble. She is so efficient and such a lovely person to have as part of our home buying journey. THANK YOU! 😊
