Simon recently helped me to remortgage my house. My situation was pretty dire...although I owned my house outright, I was drowning in debts from credit cards & loans with extortionate interest rates. I was under so much pressure for so many years, it was affecting my mental health. Simon was fantastic, he found me an offer & was communicative and clear every step of the way. When the solicitors tried to add expensive fees for transferring to debtors (I think around £600 total), Simon helped me negotiate a different much cheaper option. Simon is professional, consistent, easy to talk to and great at what he does. I've now paid off all of my debts, had a bit left over to make home improvements and will be making maximum overpayments. We have recently completed on our first home and Simon has been our biggest support throughout. From first speaking we knew that he would not only secure us the mortgage for our first home but that we would become good friends him.
