Our remortgage was a difficult process due to our personal and financial circumstances and I can honestly say we wouldn’t have managed without Lian’s constant help and support from start to completion. The process can be quite daunting, especially for a first time buyer but the process has gone smoothly and Lian really does make you feel reassured. Lian helped us find the best mortgage deal for us and also explains things in layman's terms to help you understand the process better. She has also helped with finding our surveyor and required insurances too! Lian is very understanding and will work around the clock to suit your needs whether this is out of hours in the week or at the weekend. She is always there to answer any questions or queries that you may have. I can't thank Lian enough for her assistance and we will certainly be returning to Lian in a few years time to re-mortgage!
