9 Feb 2026Honestly couldn’t recommend WIN financial enough. I was really struggling getting a mortgage. I am a single mom to two children but WIN didn’t give up. They managed to find me a mortgage and stay within the budget I had set for monthly re payments. They also handled all paperwork, chasing and ensured I had everything ready and in place for contracts to be signed. Now I am officially a home owner! Thanks so much for everything!

26 Jan 2026Sue and David were absolutely fantastic with helping me and my wife get our first mortgage. They were fully supportive throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions. Even after they sourced our mortgage they still offered help and advice right up until we got the keys. We would 100% recommend Win Financial to anyone who needs any mortgage advice!

7 Jan 2026Thank you so much to Sue & Dave who have been so supportive, knowledgable and professional throughout our house buying journey 🏡 As first time buyers, we were so anxious and clueless about all the ins and outs of buying a house!🫣 Dave talked us through every single step and guided us through the mortgage process with ease.😇 He advised us on the extra details such as life cover and income protection and organised these covers to be in place for our move. All of the paperwork and chasing was handled with fast paced efficiency by Sue (another must have perk of a broker!) ♥️ Her customer service and fast liaison with the solicitors and estates agents made the process seamless. 🥰 Their customer service is impeccable and I highly recommend them! Thank you for all your help 🙏🏻

21 Nov 2025Highly recommend Win Financial! I’ve dealt with Mike Davies for over ten years now and me and my girlfriend have just gone through the mortgage process with him again, and as usual, he made it quick, simple and stress free. All the options that we had were clear and he was in regular contact and responsive and reliable throughout the whole process.
