25 Feb 2026I cannot recommend Joe and Eaton enough. My partner and I separated and have two kids between us. From our first call with Joe, he was warm, kind and reassuring. He was incredibly sensitive and supportive of our difficult situation and secured mortgages for both my ex and I for our new, separate homes. He gave us lots of good advice and options on how to manage our complicated finances in the most effective way. I had two sales fall through after survey and Joe was there to support through each hurdle, and create a new plan for me each time. I'm so grateful for the kindness and encouragement and resounding positivity I felt from Eaton Mortgages through what was an incredibly hard and stressful time. I had full confidence that they had my back and best interests mind. I've since taken out insurance with them and the trust built over my dealings with them gives me comfort that my future is now financially secure as far as they are involved.
